Ivana Andres Sanz is a Spanish footballer who plays as a defender for Primera Division club Real Madrid, which she captains, and the Spain women’s national team. She had won two UEFA Women’s Under-17 Championship cups in 2010, 2011, as well as Algarve Cup. She was part of Spain’s squad at the 2015 Women’s World Cup in Canada.
Ivana Andres was born on July 13, 1994, in Aielo de Malferit, Spain. She started playing football at an early age and was training in the local club Aielo CF. She joined the DSV Colegio Alemán school in the 2007–08 campaign and played for their team.
In 2009, she signed with Valencia CF, where played until 2018. She was the club captain for the last seasons and had 247 matches and 6 goals for the team.
